TPS53679是一款完全符合VR13 SVID标准的降压控制器,具有双通道,内置非易失性存储器(NVM)和PMBus?接口,并与TI NexFET?功率级完全兼容。先进的控制功能,如D-CAP +?架构,具有下冲减少(USR),可提供快速瞬态响应,低输出电容和良好的电流共享。该器件还提供新颖的相位交错策略和动态相位切除,以提高不同负载的效率。可调节的V CORE 压摆率和电压定位控制完善了Intel ?
