      TPS53355是一款集成有金属氧化物半导体场效应应晶体管（MOSFET）的D-CAP?模式，30A同步开关。它的设计目标是

      该器件采用5mΩ/2.0mΩ集成MOSFET，精度为1％，基准电压为0.6V，并具备一个集成升压开关。富有竞争力的特性包括：1.5V至15V宽转换输入电压范围，所用外部组件极少，针对超快瞬变的D-CAP?模式控制，自动跳跃模式运行，内部软启动控制，可选频率并且无需补偿。

      转换输入电压范围为1.5V至15V，电源电压范围为4.5V至5.5V，输出电压范围为0.6V至5.5V。

      该器件采用5mm×6mm，22引脚QFN封装，额定工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
