UCC28704离线反激控制器是一款高度集成的6引脚一次侧稳压脉宽调制(PWM)控制器,旨在设计符合全球效率标准的高效AC转直流电源。此控制器启动时的电流消耗超低,可使设计获得低于30mW的无负载输入功率,并且节省待机模式能耗。凭借智能一次侧感应和控制功能,无需使用光电耦合器或二次侧反馈电路即可将输出电压和电流控制在5%的变化范围内。
UCC28704应用了增强型负载瞬态响应技术,有助于最大限度减小输出电容,从而减小系统整体尺寸并降低成本。此外,该控制器还免除了对环路补偿组件的需求,为电源设计人员简化了设计及调试过程。转换器的输出电压和电流会得到稳定性处理,以防出现可能损坏负载或连接器的过载状况。同样,恒流输出欠压保护(CCUV)关断特性会监控输出欠压故障以防止由于软短路问而造成连接器过热或烧毁,从而大幅度提升系统整体可靠性.NTC接口引脚有助于为电路板或组件施加过热保护。
UCC28704在2A或更高输出电流下可轻松与TI的二次侧同步整流器(SR)控制器搭配使用,从而提高转换效率或实现更为紧凑的设计。
