基于Ethernet 的计算机监控系统是针对当前局域网存在的突出问题而提出的一个新的
解决方案。本文设计的基于Ethernet 的计算机监控系统采用客户/服务器模式，系统分为客户端监控软件和服务器端软件两大部分。客户端监控软件分为五个模块，分别完成客户机网络使用情况的统计、文件信息的修改、当前进程运行的信息、电子邮件收发的信息和CPU使用率等功能。服务器端软件收集客户端的各类信息，以便用户对局域网内的主机进行监测和管理。
Design of Computer Monitoring System based on Ethernet Abstract: Ethernet computer monitor and control system is a new strategy subjecting to the problems existing in the Ethernet. The computer monitor and control system designed in this paper adopts C/S mode. It’s composed of client monitor software and server software. The five modules of the client monitor software are used to record the statistic analysis of the network usage state, the modification of the file information, the information of the running process, the information of the E-mail, and the use efficiency of CPU. The server software is in charge of collecting all kinds of information of client so that it is easy for the user to monitor and manage the host.
